Our Annual Report for 2009/2010 was launched at the annual general meeting by Peter McCormack, chief executive, on Thursday 24th June.
The report focuses on the impact of our customer involvement work over the last twelve months and demonstrates the success that working in together brings. Even the report was produced by a panel including customer representatives. We hope you enjoy reading it.
