About us
Derwent Living is a not-for-profit organisation providing affordable housing to suit a range of lifestyles. Formed in 1964, Derwent Living works with customers to build thriving communities where people want to live. Derwent Living manages more than 15,000 properties in the Midlands, South Yorkshire and the South East.
We manage both rented and owned affordable housing. We have a supported housing team that manages our retirement living schemes, including rented and leasehold accommodation, and our domestic violence refuge.
We continue to develop new properties across the region in response to widespread housing need. We also manage market rental, key-worker and student apartments.
Our head offices are in Derby although we have local offices on some sites.
