Resident involvement strategy consultation

Derwent Living is currently in the process of reviewing its resident involvement strategy. The current strategy ran from 2011 to 2014 and during this time there have been many changes in the ways that customers are involved. We would like the new strategy to reflect this change to involvement, and we also want to get your feedback on the ways that we involve customers, now and in the future.

Every completed survey will be entered into a prize draw for £50 of high street vouchers.

During the past 50 years, Derwent Living’s remit has expanded significantly, but our core values remain the same. Our mission is to be an excellent provider of affordable housing in the Midlands – a private body with a social purpose.

As well as homes to rent for people on lower incomes, Derwent Living offers properties for retired people, homes for sale through part-buy, part-rent schemes, residential lettings and key-worker accommodation.  Derwent Living’s primary focus is providing good, affordable housing and improving services for residents through greater resident engagement and involvement.

Much of our stock is new-build, with modern, well-designed features. Derwent Living is committed to continuing to develop new homes in response to widespread housing need.

Our head offices are in Pride Park, Derby although we have local offices on some sites.
