City Hospital, Nottingham

Work is now underway on a £10m build contract to provide new accommodation for doctors and nurses at Nottingham City Hospital.

This major development is a partnership project between Nottingham City Hospital NHS Trust, Derwent Living - which is providing the accommodation under a Private Finance Initiative (PFI) - and William Davis Limited as construction firm.

When complete in June 2007, the project will provide 20 three bedroom houses, 68 two bedroom apartments and 29 four bedroom flats for part purchase under our 'easy living' brand.
