Lower Loveday Street, Birmingham
Birmingham City Council has applauded Derwent Living for its
large scale student development in Lower Loveday Street,
Birmingham, which will be home to more than 600 students.
The council says the development fits in well with its strategy for growing the city centre and creating vibrant city centre communities.
The £20 million development is Derwent Living's first project in Birmingham and is found in the city's Gun Quarter. Phase one of the development, which overlooks the canal side, will be ready in September 2006.
