In the important South Midlands growth area, Derwent Living has purchased two sites which have been 'land banked' for future development.

The two adjoining sites are expected to feature up to 45 apartments of mostly Easy Living. If Derwent Living is successful in its bid for Housing Corporation funding, work could start on site in Spring 2006 with completion in early Summer 2007.
