Shoreham Street, Sheffield
Derwent Living has large student schemes throughout the
East Midlands. One of its latest is Shoreham Street in Sheffield
- a £13.5m development which will see the creation of 363 student
bed spaces on three sites. It will also include 51 flats for market rent.
The project is at the gateway of the Cultural Industries Quarter and is only five minutes walk from the main Sheffield Hallam University complex. The project will be complete in September 2006.
