Subject to availability and initial qualification we will arrange for a viewing of the accommodation.

What’s next?

We have an easy to complete application form which can be done online. A payment of just £100* reserves your accommodation until approval. This normally takes a couple of days, after which you will receive your booking confirmation.

When can I move in?

The booking confirmation verifies the initial monies required whilst one of our lettings team will guide you through the paperwork. We will agree a move in date and arrange to meet you at the property to welcome you to your new home and to hand over the keys.
