Your checklist to Easy Living

2. Complete an easy living application form
3. Get a mortgage offer in principle from your bank or building society
4. Your application is approved by Derwent Living
5. Reserve your property with a £300 payment
6. Receive confirmation of your offer from Derwent Living
7. Arrange your mortgage and instruct a solicitor
8. Wait for the valuation and searches to be carried out
9. Sign and exchange contracts one week before completion
10. Complete your purchase and collect the keys to your new home
11. Visit and inspect your new home
12. Move in!
