Welcome to the my.derwentliving.com resident portal due to be launched in early 2012.

The portal will allow customers to view their rent account statements and balance online, report and track repairs as well as raise complaints and comment on Derwent Living’s service. The portal is designed to make accessing information as quick and simple as possible, and means that customers can access up-to-date balance and other details, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

All customers will be contacted in the New Year with details on how to take advantage of the my.derwentliving.com site. Until the new portal launches customers can still use the current Derwent Living website to:
