Who helps with what

Once you have purchased a property or signed up to a tenancy, the operations teams are the frontline if you need help.

Home ownership

Home ownership provides home owners and leaseholders with information on their lease, service charges and accounts. They also handle the sale of retirement leasehold properties and ‘staircasing’ (buying additional shares) in part-buy, part-rent.
