Christmas closing times
The Derwent Living offices will close at 12.00pm Tuesday 23 December 2014 and re-open 9.00am on Friday 2 January 2015.
You will of course still be able to make online payments over the Christmas and New Year closure via MY Derwent Living and the Derwent Living app.
If you wish to report an emergency repair during this time then you can contact our out of hours repairs service on 0116 255 0711.
If you have a non-urgent query or repair please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org these will be dealt with when the office re opens.
Derwent Living provides a wide range of housing services to meet the needs of its customers.
Our call centre at Centro Place handles customer enquiries by telephone, email, text, mail and in person. The customer service advisors aim to resolve most of your enquiries without referring you elsewhere but will connect you to a colleague better placed to meet your needs where appropriate.
The allocation of properties is done in partnership with local councils who have the nomination rights in most cases.
Schemes have specified housing officers, who deal with tenancy service matters, and income management officers, who deal with rent. They are in the office some of the time but are usually out and about working with customers.
We are responsible for repairs and gas servicing on rented properties. These are mostly done by our contractors and we also use specialists for some work. We also provide landscaping services and cleaning services for communal areas.
Specialist staff deal with specific services including those providing support to vulnerable residents.
