Derwent Living produces a number of publications to ensure that residents have access to the information they need. We aim to supply as much information in electronic-format as possible but print some publications. We can also provide documents in other formats to suit you needs.
We have two versions of our customer handbook, one for those who rent and one for those who own their home. These are supported by leaflets on specific matters.
We produce a quarterly magazine for residents called Derwent Life with information and news as well as information on how we are performing on our local offers.
We publish an annual customer report in October of each year.
