High volume of calls to our call centre

We are currently experiencing a high volume of calls into our call centre. We apologise for the delay in answering and are assisting as many customers as we can. Don't forget you can report repairs, log complaints and pay your rent via the app or on MY if you are struggling to get through.


Derwent Living produces a number of publications to ensure that residents have access to the information they need. We aim to supply as much information in electronic-format as possible but print some publications. We can also provide documents in other formats to suit you needs.


We have two versions of our customer handbook, one for those who rent and one for those who own their home. These are supported by leaflets on specific matters.

Every three months we produce a magazine for residents called Derwent Life with information and news as well as information on how we are performing on our customer commitments.
