Christmas closing times
The Derwent Living offices will close at 12.00pm Tuesday 23 December 2014 and re-open 9.00am on Friday 2 January 2015.
You will of course still be able to make online payments over the Christmas and New Year closure via MY Derwent Living and the Derwent Living app.
If you wish to report an emergency repair during this time then you can contact our out of hours repairs service on 0116 255 0711.
If you have a non-urgent query or repair please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org these will be dealt with when the office re opens.
Derwent Life is Derwent Living’s resident’s magazine. We’ve been listening to feedback and are pleased to bring you a fresh new design for 2013. Derwent Life provides important information about services provided by Derwent Living, news about our customers and has easy-to-enter competitions.

Derwent Life issue dates
Derwent Life is mailed out to customers four times a year:
Spring edition – early March
Summer edition – early June
Autumn edition – early September
Winter edition – early December
Each edition is mailed out and will normally arrive with rent statements. We try to make it as fun and enjoyable to read, including stories about our customers hobbies, to residents who have benefited from services to updates on how we are performing
Derwent Life costs us approximately 50p per copy and we hope you agree that is excellent value for money.
