A complaint is when you are unhappy with our service. This may be something that we do that you are not happy with, or it may be something we have failed to do.
Who can complain?
A complaint can be made by anyone who receives a service from Derwent or anyone who is affected by our activities. This may include existing residents, new customers, contractors, suppliers or other organisations we work with.
