Derwent Living is different to other providers of student accommodation. Because we’re a not-for-profit organisation, we look at ways of providing top-notch accommodation and excellent facilities at the best prices we can.

Within the weekly price, students get all utility bills paid for, broadband*, contents insurance and there’s a 24-hour emergency repairs service. There’s also CCTV, security patrols, an on-site office for help and advice and also laundry facilities. Other accommodation providers charge between £175 - £350 extra per year for utilities.
