If you don’t pay your rent you will be in rent arrears.
We know that from time to time you may have money problems and find it hard to pay your rent.
If this happens please contact your Scheme Manager straight away so that they may help you before you get into debt. You must also let your guarantor know that you are experiencing problems.
We do not want to take legal action against anyone but the more serious your debt becomes the more likely it is we will take you to court
