£1.4m investment at Leicester student accommodation

Date: 15 June 2005

Property bosses have unveiled renovated student accommodation at Leicester's Benjamin Russell Court - which has seen a £1.4m cash injection to bring it up to date.

Derby-based Derwent Living took over the running of Benjamin Russell Court, beside De Montford University, and set about upgrading the accommodation to top-notch standard.

The massive investment by Derwent Living means that students moving in during September will have first class living quarters with all inclusive bills for ease of living, 24 hour emergency repairs service for peace of mind and inclusive contents insurance.

The first crop of show flats at the development are now ready for viewing. Students are queuing up to get their first glimpse of the new look Benjamin Russell.
