Residential Scheme For Students Completed

A £600,000 residential scheme by Derwent Living targeted at full-time post-graduate students in Loughborough has been completed in time for the start of the new academic year.

Five three-storey terraced houses in Bridgeland Road, each with six bedrooms, will provide 30 bed spaces at all inclusive rents of £61.50 on 51-week lets. All the rooms have internet connection and the rent includes contents insurance.
