What is `Try before you Buy`?
“Try before you Buy” is a way of assisting first time buyers who, because of the current housing market, are unable to obtain a mortgage. The scheme allows you to rent a new home at a discounted rent for up to 3 years before you take the opportunity to buy a share of between 25% - 75% of the property.
Whilst renting your home, options will be available for you to save toward a deposit. Once you are able to obtain a mortgage to purchase a share in your home you can do so through our Easy Living part-buy, part-rent scheme.
