Do I qualify
To qualify for ‘Try before you buy’ you should be at least 18 years of age and have a regular income. The amount you need to earn will vary depending on property values where you want to live.
However, we will be unable to help you if we feel you earn sufficient to enable you to purchase a suitable home outright without the assistance of part-buy part-rent.Also the property must be your main residence.
We do not allow pets into our apartments; however we do provide a range of family housing which is suitable for pets for which full details are available on request.
You must have a good credit history with no outstanding record of County Court Judgements, loan defaults or bankruptcy. We financially appraise and credit check all applicants.
There are some initial costs involved when moving into a ‘Try before you buy’ property
