The survey is designed to measure how we currently provide financial inclusion activity across the various businesses in the group and what we could do better in the future.

Finding a property
We advertise our affordable living rental properties on our find a home website so it’s easy for you to find exactly what you are looking for, at a time that convenient to you.
New properties are added regularly. If you don’t find what you are looking for straight away, remember to check back in case your perfect home becomes available.
Creating an account
Our system only accepts applications for affordable living properties.
You will need to create an account to apply for a property. It's simple and only takes a few moments to sign up.
If you select a property before you create an account, it will automatically bring it through when you have completed the sign up process.
Once you have created an account and verified via email you can log in.
Applying for properties
You can choose to apply for properties from our find a home system at any time, and it will add them to your property list.
You need to complete all sections of the application form including income and expenditure details for your household. During the application process you will need to verify your identity and need to have have proof of ID ready.
Before you can submit the form, you will be asked to confirm your details are correct and accept our terms and conditions.
Once your application has been submitted we will be in touch with you if we are able to offer you the property.
Viewing and visiting properties
We advertise properties as soon as we receive notice from the outgoing tenant. This means that the property may not yet be available.
Also due to the high volume of applicants, we aren’t able to show people around our homes before they apply.
We try to post floor plans and photographs of the inside and outside of our homes to give you a good idea of what they are like. We also post the location of our homes so you are free to explore the local area before choosing to apply. We recommend looking at various times of the day, but do request that you do not try to look inside the property as it may still be lived in by the current tenant.
