Derwent Life Winter 2018

Welcome to the Winter 2018 edition of Derwent Life! It’s packed full of winter tips and advice including staying safe and warm during the cold weather plus little winter jobs to do around your home.

Derwent Living is committed to involving customers and ensuring you have your say on how services are delivered.

We have recently carried out a survey to see what you think of the opportunities to be involved and what we can do to improve and make it easier for you to have your say. We take on board all comments both good and bad and use them to improve our service.

  • 85% were satisfied with the opportunities to be involved
  • 79% were satisfied we listen to and act on your views
  • 85% were satisfied that we keep you informed
  • 81% were satisfied with how we promote opportunities to get involved.

Many people asked if meetings could be held outside of working hours to give more people an opportunity to attend and this is something we will definitely look into.

Some customers also suggested we should use social media more and we will certainly do that. You can get our updates on Facebook and you can follow us on Twitter.

And if you need to contact us over the Christmas period, details are in the Christmas closure article.

Have a safe and happy Christmas, we will see you in 2019!

Mitch Allseybrook,
Associate Editor.
