In March Derwent Living held The Meet at Bustler Market - and over 150 people turned out to get involved, have their say and talk about issues affecting their home and the service.
As well as Derwent Living staff from across the business, representatives from Places Management, Vinshire Plumbing and Heating, and J Tomlinson were on hand to help customers with any issues and listen to feedback.
Local PCSOs, the fire service and Severn Trent Water also attended, and were able to give advice and support on a range of neighbourhood and household matters.
There were spot prizes on stands, and a prize draw to win an Amazon Echo.
Customer engagement manager Mitch Allseybrook, who helped organise the event said it was a “great success”, adding: “It was fantastic to be able to speak face-to-face with so many customers, discussing ideas on how to improve the service and how we can create better opportunities for involvement in the future.
“Any issues that customers raised on the day were either dealt with at the time, or passed to our teams to resolve. In all we dealt with over 120 enquiries, and had many more informal conversations and discussions.”
