Take part in our financial inclusion survey

We’re inviting all customers to take part in the Places for People Group financial inclusion survey. Financial inclusion is all about ensuring customers are aware and can access advice and services to help live sustainably in their home. The survey is designed to measure how we currently provide financial inclusion activity across the various businesses in the group and what we could do better in the future.

Any updates we make as a result of feedback will be available online and in our magazine Derwent Life. To take part in the survey, please follow this link.

Our mediation service helps to resolve neighbourhood disputes before they become a problem.

Feature image

You may have heard about our successful in-house mediation service, where we use trained customer mediators to help resolve disputes between neighbours.

You might not need the use of the mediation service, but perhaps you are interested in becoming a mediator yourself!

Join the team

We are often looking for customer volunteers to join our dedicated team of mediators.

You will be given professional training and achieve a recognised qualification in mediation, after which you will work alongside a Derwent Living staff member on several cases per year.

You will not be asked to help with disputes in your own area or with people you know, and we’ll also pay any out of pocket expenses.

If you’d like to know more, please contact the Customer Engagement Team.
