On Saturday March 23 Derwent Living will be holding a free festival of involvement for customers from across the Midlands. The event, which will take place at the popular Bustler Market in Derby, will be a chance to learn first-hand about the organisation’s services and discuss the customer experience.
Colleagues from Derwent Living’s contractors will also be there, along with representatives from the fire service and the police. There will be free street food for everyone attending as well as games and activities for children and families. Spot prizes will be awarded throughout the day and one lucky customer will win an Amazon Echo.
Harriet Nicol, from Derwent Living’s customer engagement team said: “We’re delighted to be running a big involvement event for customers this year. We’ve picked a great local venue, and hope that as many of our residents can come along as possible.
“We’re keen to listen to what people have to say about our service, and there is also the chance for customers to talk directly to our staff teams, contractors and local partners if they do have any issues that need addressing.
“It’s designed to be a drop in event, so customers don’t have to stay all day. And we’re running it on a Saturday to appeal to as many people as possible.”
You can find out more information about the event and book your place by visiting our dedicated The Meet at Bustler Market event site. It’s free to attend for Derwent Living and Places for People customers living in the Midlands.
