Important information about reporting repairs 

Due to essential system maintenance, Derwent Living will only be processing emergency repairs via the main repairs telephone number from 3pm Thursday 20 September to Monday 24 September 2018. All non-emergency repair requests should be made by using the report a repair form on this website.


Derwent Living app pushes the right buttons

Derwent Living’s app has been downloaded by over 1200 people and is already one of the most successful social housing apps in the country.

We had set ourselves a target of 1200 downloads by the end of 2013 but have already gone beyond that.

Our app for smart phones and tablets was developed in conjunction with Manchester based Emerald Apps and launched last year as part of our programme to extend our online services.  It can be used for a range of housing services including reporting repairs, paying rent, finding a home, giving feedback or simply asking staff to make contact.

Mitch Allseybrook, resident involvement manager at Derwent Living says: “We’re thrilled that the app has gone down so well and is being used by so many people.  It clearly meets the needs of many of our customers.  We are now starting to develop version 2 so that it we can take it to another level and provide even more services with it. People have found it quick and easy to use and would like it to have even more functions.”
