Derwent Living signs up

Pledge to support good mental health signed by housing provider.

Derwent Living has signed up to the Time to Change Employer Pledge this week, as part of the organisation’s ongoing commitment to support good mental health. The Employer Pledge is a commitment to change how mental health in the workplace is perceived and create initiatives and mechanisms that support colleagues.

It was signed by chief executive of Derwent Living Peter McCormack, with some of Derwent Living’s newly trained mental health first aiders on hand to witness the occasion. The mental health first aid team are a group of individuals from across the business who provide confidential help and support to other colleagues who are experiencing mental health problems.

Derwent Living joins over 1000 other organisations who have already signed up to the pledge nationally, representing businesses that span the public and private sector.  To learn more about the pledge or to sign up visit
