Derwent Living has been shortlisted for a national tenant engagement award for how it delivers its online services. The Tenant Participation Advisory Service (TPAS), which hosts the awards, recognises organisational excellence and aims to share best practice across the housing sector.
Derwent Living’s nomination follows the transformation of its web and online services, a two-year project which has been done with the input of residents at every stage. In 2018, Derwent Living’s approach to digital services earnt the business a Compliance Plus rating from Customer Service Excellence, and the Derby-based housing provider is hoping to add a TPAS award win to its list of accolades.
Marketing and digital media manager at Derwent Living Steve Atkin, said: “We’re thrilled to have been shortlisted in the national TPAS awards. We’ve done lots of work with customers over the past couple of years to transform our digital offer, so we’re really pleased that the work is being recognised by the team at TPAS.
“Our new web platform is changing how we deliver services online, making it easier and more convenient for customers to raise issues and manage their tenancies. Making our service available 24/7 on demand is a key part of our digital strategy, mirroring the expectations of our customers and meeting the demand of their lifestyles.”
