The next event in our popular Forum series is on Thursday 28 March at Derby Conference Centre. As usual we will be looking at two key areas of our services and listening to what customers have to say about them. This time we will be looking at planned maintenance and ways to contact us.
First we will be asking for customer feedback on what our priorities should be for planned maintenance in 2014. We continually reinvest in our properties doing such things as replacing bathrooms, kitchens and boilers but want to look at how best we should do this next year.
Second we will be exploring the different ways customers contact us and what their preferences are. This will help us decide how much we invest in different methods of communication so that we get the right balance in giving choice but achieving value for money.
