Due to essential system maintenance, Derwent Living will only be processing emergency repairs via the main repairs telephone number from 3pm Thursday 20 September to Monday 24 September 2018. All non-emergency repair requests should be made by using the report a repair form on this website.
It’s brighter, simpler and easier to navigate. You should be able to get anywhere now with no more than three clicks. This new format is based on a wide-ranging and detailed consultation with customers, staff and other users.
It began six months ago and included email consultation and feedback at our AGM, the Big Get Together. The overwhelming message was clear: make it more straightforward and easier to get around. Thank you to everyone who has taken part.
We will be adding more features to the website in the New Year including a MY Derwent Living section where you will be able to check your own account and track repairs. There will also be a podcast with interesting features and news on what’s happening.
