As you may be aware, Derwent Living experienced a system error earlier this week. This meant that we could only provide a limited service to residents trying to telephone us, and our website and MY Derwent Living customer portal were down.
The reason for the outage was a hardware failure and new parts were required to fix this. The issue was resolved at 7pm on Tuesday night, with systems being fully operational again on Wednesday morning.
