System error: what happened?

As you may be aware, Derwent Living experienced a system error earlier this week. This meant that we could only provide a limited service to residents trying to telephone us, and our website and MY Derwent Living customer portal were down.

The reason for the outage was a hardware failure and new parts were required to fix this. The issue was resolved at 7pm on Tuesday night, with systems being fully operational again on Wednesday morning.

We apologise for any inconvenience this caused to anyone trying to contact us on Tuesday. If you couldn’t get through and you still have enquiries, you can call us on 01332 346 477 or send us an email to info@derwentliving.com.
